1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, php877 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued Philippine ID (UMID, driver's licence, passport, or PhilSys ID), proof of residential address, proof of payment method ownership, and/or a selfie or video verification. php877 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.3 Account Closure

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the php877 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). php877 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven (over the counter), and Cebuana Lhuillier. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at php877's discretion.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of deposit. php877 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which php877 bears no responsibility.

By depositing funds, you represent that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. php877 will not process deposits from third-party payment accounts — deposits must come from an account or wallet registered in your own name.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your php877 account are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) the minimum withdrawal threshold must be met; (c) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied; and (d) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php877 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the php877 Platform — including but not limited to software code, game assets, graphics, logos, brand names, trademarks, marketing materials, and the layout and design of the Platform — is the intellectual property of php877 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the php877 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from php877.

11. Responsible Gaming

Your continued use of the php877 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the php877 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including all applicable PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of a dispute between you and php877, you should first contact php877's customer support team to seek a resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR through its formal player complaint and dispute resolution process, as php877 is a PAGCOR-regulated operator. This regulatory pathway is available exclusively to Philippine-based players interacting with a PAGCOR-licensed entity.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above mechanisms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
